Carod’s Clairette de Die is a beautifully aromatic sparkling wine from the Rhône Valley, crafted using the ancient Méthode Ancestrale—a slow, natural fermentation that begins in tank and finishes in bottle, preserving the grape’s natural sugars and delicate sparkle. At just 7.0% ABV, it’s a mid-strength wine that offers indulgence with moderation.
